MALAYNAAZ — SHIPPING POLICY

At Malaynaaz, we believe the delivery experience is part of the product experience. Every order is packed with care and shipped as fast as possible — because great skin shouldn't have to wait.


1. WHERE WE SHIP

Domestic (UAE): We ship to all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain, including free zones and remote areas.

International: We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, and Jordan. Additional GCC and MENA countries will be added — follow us on Instagram for updates.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 2:00pm GST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends (Friday–Saturday) or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.


4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or high-demand periods (such as during Ramadan or UAE National Day). Malaynaaz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once the order has been dispatched.

UAE Public Holidays — Processing and delivery may be delayed by 1–2 business days during official UAE public holidays.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the courier's website or through our tracking page at malaynaaz.com/track.

If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@malaynaaz.com.


6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for all UAE domestic orders. A COD handling fee of AED 10 applies to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a return.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is undelivered after two attempts due to customer unavailability, the order will be cancelled and a restocking fee may apply on future orders.


7. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt the following business day. After two failed attempts, the package will be held at the courier depot for up to 5 business days. If unclaimed, the package will be returned to Malaynaaz.

In the event your package is returned to us:

  • We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange re-delivery
  • A re-delivery fee will apply (same as original shipping fee)
  • If you choose not to re-receive the order, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee and COD handling fee where applicable

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Malaynaaz is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@malaynaaz.com — we can only amend the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.


9. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives visibly damaged from transit, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening fully
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@malaynaaz.com
  3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked

Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved, as it may be required by the courier for their insurance process.


10. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout and are outside Malaynaaz's control.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations for beauty and personal care products before placing an international order. Malaynaaz is not responsible for orders delayed or held by customs.


11. PACKAGING

Every Malaynaaz order is packed in our signature branded packaging, designed to protect your products and arrive in pristine condition. We use protective inner layers for all liquid and glass products. If you are purchasing as a gift, note on your order and we will include a gift message card at no extra charge.
