1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Product received damaged, broken, or leaking
- Wrong item sent
- Product defective or unusable upon first use
- Sealed and unopened product returned within 14 days of delivery
Eligible for Store Credit Only:
- Opened product that caused an allergic reaction (with photo documentation)
- Product does not match expectations but is not defective
- Change of mind on an opened product within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items used extensively beyond initial trial
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or promotional items marked as Final Sale
- Gift sets that have been partially opened or used
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1 — Contact Us Within 14 Days Reach out via email at returns@malaynaaz.com or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Step 2 — Send Photos or Evidence For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear photos of the product and packaging. This helps us resolve your case faster.
Step 3 — Receive Return Approval Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with a return decision and, if approved, the return shipping address and instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
Step 4 — Ship the Item Back Pack the item securely in its original packaging. For defective or incorrect items, Malaynaaz covers the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the shipping fee.
Step 5 — Refund Processed Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.

Payment Method Notes: Credit and debit card refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days. PayPal refunds within 3–5 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are processed via bank transfer — please provide your IBAN upon return approval.
4. EXCHANGES
We offer direct exchanges for the same product in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. For a different product or shade, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order once your refund is processed. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, this is entirely our responsibility. We will arrange a free return pickup where available in the UAE and immediately ship the correct or replacement item at no additional cost — or issue a 100% refund. Your choice.
Please report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. ALLERGIC REACTIONS
We recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. In the rare event of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact our team within 7 days with photos and a description. We will issue a full store credit and recommend an alternative product suited to your skin profile.
Malaynaaz does not cover claims for reactions resulting from known pre-existing allergies to listed ingredients. Full ingredient lists are available on every product page — please review before purchasing.
7. SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other discounted items (not marked Final Sale) are subject to the standard 14-day return policy.
Note: Even Final Sale items are eligible for exchange or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our quality guarantee applies regardless of price.
8. UAE CONSUMER PROTECTION
This policy complies with the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Arab Emirates. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the UAE Ministry of Economy's Consumer Protection Department.
